What does a subscription cover?
One business. Each one you add has its own plan, so a second shop can stay on Free while the first is on Pro.
How am I billed?
Monthly or yearly, by card, through Stripe — you choose when you subscribe. A year of Plus is €154 and a year of Pro €195. Prices are in euros. You can see and download every invoice from the business's billing settings.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. An upgrade applies straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Moving from monthly to yearly billing applies straight away too, and what is left of your month counts towards the year. A downgrade applies at the end of the period you already paid for. A yearly plan stays yearly.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan stays on until the end of the month or year you paid for, and you are not charged again. After that the business moves to the Free plan.
